    Due to an error on booking.com my dates where incorrect, I advised the hotel immediately and they did nothing to help and charged me the full rate for the room and would not change the date. Disgusting customer service, never staying at this hotel again.     To be honest, I booked this hotel by mistake, but am pleased to say it surpassed my expectations. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best. Staff were very friendly. Would happily make the same mistake again.     Decent hotel, great value

    We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting some local National Trust properties in the area - Dyce is a good location for this. Although we were near the airport, our room on the ground floor was quiet. The room was extremely clean and fresh with decent bedding. Only criticism was the lack of a power socket beside the bed. The bathroom was on the small side, but the shower had good pressure with nicely scented toiletries. We had breakfast both mornings and were very happy with the selection and quality - eggs cooked to order was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again, for the price we paid I think it was excellent value. Finally, I would like to mention the employees - everyone we encountered from reception, restaurant staff and a maintenance man at work in our corridor, was friendly, efficient and helpful.     Fine for a one night stopover

    Excellent location for the airport with super friendly staff on reception. Nice clean room and adequate for a one night stay. However the mattress in the single bed needs replacing as my grandson was basically lying on the bed base. Didn't stay for breakfast so unable to comment. Leonardo needs to try and change the licensing permit as we were disappointed we couldn't sit in the bar area as no under 18 allowed in after 8pm . Not sure if we would stay again . Maybe if no alternative could be found.
