    Mixed feelings on this hotel. Maybe it’s fromMy views on Hamptons in the US, where it’s a mid range hotel. This one felt more like a Budget or value hotel, which sounds like it might have been before getting the Hampton name. Bed was hard and you could hear the springs when you move. It also sagged in the center. Rooms were okay, no mini refrigerator like most of the hamptons. TV was a standard TV not smart. Construction of rooms and cleanliness was average. There was also road construction right in front of the building. I didn’t hear it in the room. Individual that checked me in was either having a bad day or hated his job. I think they might have been having a very busy day. The rest of the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The flatbread prosciutto with the Parma was delicious. Free breakfast was pretty standard, I only had it once. It was a mad house a couple mornings. Location was pretty good. Close to Belfast Grand Central station. I found myself going towards City Hall more than staying in the area. I few delicious restaurants I tried near by were Joy inn, Ginger Bistro, Nu Delhi, Maggie May, Robinsons).     Modern hotel with really nice staff. We were a little put off by the state of the room when we arrived, sofa bed was down and when put away revealed crisps, biscuits etc on the floor and a filthy windowsill. But after that all was good. Location great for eating out and parking very easy. Easy to drive out of Belfast from this location too.     Great hotel, lovely rooms, enjoyed our stay. Great staff except for one girl was so rude at breakfast, there was no need for what she said and did, but seen her being rude to other staff. Might go back some time as its a great location. Parking nearby. Breakfast was the usual you expect but area was busy and very untidy.     Had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in was efficient and friendly thanks to Martin and Michelle, who made us feel very welcome from the start. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary facilities for an enjoyable stay.The cocktails made by Kyle were excellent and definitely a highlight of the visit.
