This hotel is located about 200 m from the beach and approximately 5 km from the town centre. Links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot, located around 100 m away. Blackpool International Airport is 10 km from the hotel and Manchester Airport is approximately 98 km away.

481 rooms, including 4 suites, 53 single rooms and 170 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.
