    Keys left in an opened envelope so anyone can see your door code draws broke.no hot water door held open by fire extinguishes no towels hod to buy some from primary .wall paper hanging off the walls...

    Booked 'luxury' triple room with sea view. 3 nights. No towels in room. Manager not available. Had to buy towels. One cup only and no teaspoon despite 2 adults sharing room. Bed sheets had stains on...

    Keys were left in an opened envelope by the front door anyone could of looked at the key code to the room. When we got in the room I looked to book elsewhere as it was a joke. No towels no hot water...
