    Huge safety concerns ignored

    Despite repeated emails and messages you have completely ignored my safety concerns and refused me and type of refund. There were no wet floor signs on the stairs down to the spa so my children slipped-you are lucky I am not suing you. Also a workman came into my teenage daughter’s room without any ID or introduction. The door to the balcony was broken so we were unable to use and there were no cushions available for the mouldy chairs.No one there seems to care about safety and I am very disappointed and so feel forced to put in bad reviews as maybe that way I will get a response!

    We absolutely loved our stay. Staff are helpful, rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was lovely, and great value for money. We appreciated the 11am check out time. Location was close to the beach, Decor was lovely also. The only complaint we had was that the walls were thin, and we could hear the people partying in the next room all night, but we were able to sort that by just having the TV on. Would highly recommend

    It was our first time returning after the refurb and we had such a lovely experience! We came during the heatwave and it just reminded us further of how much we love this hotel and its location. The breakfast was fab and all staff were amazing. Some great work has been done since the refurb. Our room was lovely and nicely decorated. A really good stay and already planning on when to come back!

    Broken window that shook in wind all night. The toilet was not clean and we were given a soiled towel. The room was mouldy .     Unhygienic room had to be moved 3 times during a 3 day stay and each time was moved to a room which was unclean. Broken window. Urine stains on toilet, other guests slamming doors at unreasonable times during the night and brown stains on towels, mould in bathroom. Hotel tried to rectify but was unable to do so due to cleanliness of the rooms and when asked to speak to a manager was refused and told they are too busy!
