    A wonderful stay.

    We came for a bowls tour from Devon. We had a wonderful long weekend and were extremely pleased with the whole holiday. The room was clean, we had new carpeting and obviously our room was recently refurbished. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The meals were very generous portions and cooked to perfection. The chef must be very accomplished and staff very quick serving the tables. It was too short a stay wish we could have stayed longer. Well done to all the staff and thank you.

    Great Bowling Tour stay at Trouville

    We stayed at the Trouville on our bowling tour for a long weekend . Very welcoming..Rooms bedding towels etc. spotless. Food and menu outstanding and great portions. Staff extremely efficient and friendly. Great evening entertainment.Nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely return and recommend.Maureen and Cedric Lewis

    The staff were friendly and the room was clean with a nice breakfast. However, we arrived 25 minutes early for check-in and wanted to charged £20 for the privilege. Furthermore, the bed cover had ink smudges like a child had drawn on it.     We checked in the lobby had a weird smell down in the lift cigarette smell everywhere the room dirty and also stank. Bed clothes and towels dirty and a massive skip outside the window full of rubbish.     Wouldn't ever stay here again

    Stayed one night and wanted to leave as soon as we were given our room unfortunately couldn't book elsewhere as it was a busy weekend. We were informed there was a party going on until late after check in and asked to move rooms further away would of rather the rooms not been bookable as were we left awake for hours late at night. Secondly this was not a clean hotel towels looked like they hadn’t been replaced the mirror was so dirty you couldn't see in it, hair in the bed we took a spare duvet from the other bed to lay on to try and feel better about how dirty it was and refused to use the shower as was absolutely gross. Staff had bad communication they did let us swap rooms but tbh they were both disgusting and i wouldn't stay here again ever. Although we did know this hotel would have renovations i didn’t expect the rooms that we for people to stay in would be so gross. The only positive was that it was close to the centre.
