    I recently stayed at the Midland Hotel in Bradford and had a very good experience overall. The hotel is in an excellent Bradford city centre location, making it convenient for shopping, restaurants, transport links, and local attractions.The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming, with a classic historical hotel feel that added character to the stay. The room I booked was a standard double, it was smaller than anticipated, cosy, and clean, with a small double bed, not so comfortable - pillows were not great, very flat, the linen on the bed clearly someone had burnt the sheet with an iron and they didn’t think to change it. It was the clean throughout the hotel and the friendly, professional staff (very young) who provided great customer service from check-in to check-out. The hotel also offered good value for money compared to other hotels in Bradford.Noise levels were mostly quiet and peaceful, although there was some occasional corridor and outside noise during the evening. Amenities were generally good, though it would have been helpful if complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided in the room.There is a small car park at the rear but it’s first come first serve. Overall, I would recommend the Midland Hotel Bradford to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and centrally located hotel in Bradford with good service and reasonable prices. I would happily stay again.     Had a lovely weekend here and it is much improved now that its an elite hotel. The food was good and I had gf options which were lovely and even gf cereals.     From Good To Bad

    I have stayed here twice in the last couple of weeks for work, I am not sure I will stay again.The hotel exterior and common areas like the lobby are very grand, dated but very grand pointing to a bygone era.My first visit I had a room on the first floor, it looked like it had been refurbished and was good quality for the budget price I stayed. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The wifi worked well.The second visit I was shipped off to the third floor. This room was very dated, worn out, the TV was tiny (compared to the first room), lots of road noise and the wifi would not stream a bean, But worst of all was the group of youths marauding around the third floor banging into the room doors and making a lot of noise. It felt very unsafe!I noted the next morning (after removing the baracades from my door!) that there is no CCTV in the hallways or stairs. Just a couple of cameras pointing at the hotel entrances.The free EV charging (if you can get a charger - 2 trickle chargers available) is a huge draw, but the hotel security seems to be an issue.I am off out of town to somewhere safer! The Wi-Fi issue as now been resoled as one of the wires had been cut, when we had new carpet fitted on the corridor, so the Wi-Fi failed, We do recognise that consistency across rooms is important, and your feedback highlights areas where we need to improve, we are always upgrading our product.     Good value for money

    A beautiful building, with lovely lobby and entrance areas. The hotel is located next to Forster Square rail station and has its own carpark that is free for guests. Finding my room was a challenge initially but the staff were very helpful. I had a budget-friendly room that was basic but perfectly adequate and acceptable for the price. The bathroom was lovely and much nicer than I had expected. The hotel provided free EV charging which was a lovely surprise. I would happily stay here again.     A wonderful historic hotel that couldn’t be more centrally located in Bradford’s beautiful city centre. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly and the rooms we had were lovely - I had room 329 - a spacious corner room. Food was decent and the bartender a pleasure to deal with. We stayed here as a base to explore Brontë country and we were delighted with our choice of hotel!
