    A Best Western in the middle of the Cotswolds??? This was a surprise. Still it was just fine. Rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant was surprisingly good (I had the fish and chips with curry sauce.) The prices were reasonable. Service was very good.

    We stayed her as we walked the Cotswold Way. It was clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff and a good dinner menu. Only reason I have given it 4 and not 5 was because I thought the continental breakfast was a little lacking in interest - it was okay but not excellent.

    Stayed at this hotel whilst visiting relatives in a nearby village. We had driven past this hotel on a number of occasions and not given it a second thought. However on this occasion we needed somewhere to stay, booked and were very pleasantly surprised. Plenty of parking, friendly welcome, and a clean, comfortable and modern room. We didn't eat there on this occasion, but the dining room looked clean and with plenty of space. The hotel is a very short distance from Junction 18 of the M4 Motorway. We expect to be using this hotel again.

    Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. First room we were offered had not been cleaned, tobacco, sugar, and sticky stuff on the dressing table floor dirty not hoovered and dirty clothes in the wardrobe.Room 2 not properly cleaned could not put anything in wardrobe as dirty, TV did not work so asked for it to be sorted they changed the batteries in the control still did not work so said they could nit fix it or have a spare TV? Asked for a cleaner to sort out the roon 4pm was told all cleaners had gone. Could not use the shower as the bath was full of hair and general dirt. When I complained they said I could get a drink at the bar. Only stayed the night as had hospital appointment in Bristol the next day,
