    Great stay at Brooks, starting with a warm welcome from Kyle, and continuing throughout our stay. The level of care and professionalism demonstrated by him is rare in hospitality these days and he is a credit to Brooks!Great breakfast (which was expertly cooked by Kyle)Thank you for a lovely trip, and we will return soon

    This is probably one of the best places to stay in one of the nicest central areas of Bristol. Respite being in a lively area, the hotel is quiet and safe. It is also great value for money.     I stayed here last year and noted that whilst the hotel staff, breakfast and room rates were all anywhere from good to exceptional, that a couple of issues with my room and a disturbed nights sleep took the shine off of the hotel.I'm pleased to say that on the basis of my most recent visit that all issues I had experienced before were fixed (though I was in a different room) and staff were as lovely as ever.I'd recommend Brooks Guesthouse to anyone visiting Bristol. I've stayed in most hotels in the area from 'budget' (though rarely budget priced!!) to premium and on the evidence of my last stay, Brooks is the best balance of price, comfort and service.     Lovely hotel in the centre of Bristol.The staff are polite and helpful.A good of breakfast is offered from continental to freshly cooked English breakfast.The rooms are clean , however are in a need of a freshen up as looking tired.
