Location

Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel offers a superb location for those travelling on business or leisure. Easily accessible from the M4/M5, Bristol International Airport and Bristol Temple Meads railway station, it is a prime venue for experiencing the many attractions and great hospitality that Bristol has to offer. A shuttle bus operates to Bristol International Airport (15 km away) every 30 minutes.

Facility

70 single rooms and 26 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room and a bar. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option.     No airco, no hot water, faulty shower and to expensif for the dog.     Friendly staff breakfast is very basic and not warm and only scrambled eggs looks like packet stuff !! Room okay needs a refurb.. bed comfortable and great location by train station !     This hotel is excellently located for the Station and exploring Bristol. We stayed 2 nights and were impressed with the cleanliness and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.     Could not ask for more from this hotel!Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist with a lovely smile.Our room, though basic, was perfectly acceptable and adequate and also very clean. When we went into the room we were greeted with a hand written note to welcome us which we thought was a very special touch!We stayed for 3 nights and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Housekeeping came in every morning to empty the bins and make the beds ( a rarity in most hotels these days).We would definitely recommend this hotel for all of the above reasons and also for it's location which is right opposite Temple meads station.Carry on the good work - you are all very much appreciated.     The lifts were not working along with air flow system which I reported on at least one occasion and was not fixed
