    We have just finished organising 8 nights full board at the Hotel with a group of 38 people. Apart from the mind blowingly beautiful sea view from the Hotel everything about our stay was impeccable. The staff in particular could not have been more friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The indoor 20 metre 29 degree C swimming pool is the best I have used in any Hotel anywhere.I would recommend this Hotel completely.

    We have just returned from a few days in Jersey. This is a lovely hotel in a lovely spot. We had a seaview room (unfortunately not with a balcony) and it was cosy. The bathroom was adquate but lacking things like a shower over the bath (handheld) and I don't like washing my hair in the shower. There was also a lack of "bits" such as a little emery board etc in the bathroom goodies rack.The staff are all wonderful and so helpful and friendly. There were no exceptions to that. Nothing was too much trouble. We had trouble with our toilet one evening and the young man on reception went up and sorted it out for us. So kind.The food generally was pretty good. Breakfasts were nice and lunch at the Petit Port was excellent (as were all the staff there). We had dinner one night in the main restaurant. Mine was lovely (the chicken) but my husband had the belly pork which was badly cooked and an awful hard potato cake of some description.All in all though we had a lovely holiday.

    The best GLUTEN FREE scone I've ever had for cream tea at this stylish, comfortable hotel. Excellent service in luxurious surroundings overlooking the beautiful bay.     Fabulous location right by beach. Room was well laid out - had a balcony and sea view- and it was very well cleaned each day. Lots of choice at breakfast- cereal, fruit, yoghurts, granola as well as hot food for a full English breakfast. Also croissants and pastries. Staff were very attentive. Evening meal was excellent. An expensive stay but worth it.
