Location

Set in 22 hectares of secluded parkland and lush green lawns, this Victorian mansion is just 9 km from the centre of Edinburgh, where guests will find a number of sights including Edinburgh Castle. In the immediate vicinity one can find restaurants, bars and pubs, whilst the Royal Yacht Britannia and Livingston Designer Outlet shopping centre can be reached in under half an hour by car. Edinburgh Airport is just 5 minutes from the accommodation.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1843. The hotel has a lift and features 83 rooms. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Guests of the hotel are welcome to relax in the garden.     A lovely hotel , just minutes from Edinburgh airport. The grounds are beautiful with a peaceful atmosphere. We were there for just a minute and not able to experience the spa or restaurant .
