    Not a single thing in the hotel was clean. Breakfast options were poor not worth paying for, plates and glasses were filthy and tables not wiped down. Shower mouldy and not cleaned, no air vent in the bathroom. Fine if you’re looking for a cheap hotel but not worth paying extra for food when wetherspoons is across the road

    As I had an early train next morning from Queen Street, I booked Glasgow Queen St Travelodge. Only to find when checking-in I'd mistakenly booked Glasgow Central instead! Lovely receptionist Emma reorganised the booking (with a £25.50 change fee). Emma's colleague Martin organised wi-fi access details and room key for the stay and Manager Jon kindly ensured I had the same Standard Room Plus / Superoom as booked. Very impressed with all of their patience, understanding and willingness to assist. On-point service 💯

    Great customer service from Karene Jon. This hotel was nice and spacious. The shower was amazing. I will definitely book here again.

    Great location central to everything and also easy to get to other beautiful places! The atmosphere was very relaxed and rooms spotless and cared for by room service. As always great value for money and I have to say encountering the cleaner was amazing she gave me some fantastic places to visit and the staff were all round lovely and helpful! Will deffo stay again and much respect for to everyone for meeting up with my friends in my room for tea chats (I’m from midlands England) x
