    A slight error in my booking (my error 😒😒😒) This being our 4th stay for the TT, father / son.We fly into IOM and travel round taxis/ public transport and on foot. The hotel is nicely located on the promenade. Ideal for getting about . The rooms are nice size and very clean every day. Tea / coffee ☕️ in the room. The breakfast included and is very good and plenty of choice. The staff , reception , cleaners , restaurant all friendly and accommodating.

    I stayed for just 2 nights this week. Nice hotel well used rooms decent breakfast pleasant helpful staff and generally ok all round. I assume the price I paid was due to the time of year as I’ve stayed in much better hotels for less than half of what I paid. But would stay again.

    We always stay at the Empress, they are polite and friendly, the rooms are clean, nothing is too much trouble very obliging,The food is lovely, the hotel is right on the front with a sea view, value for money usually good but TT week very expensive.
