  Great stay, friendly staff and spotlessly clean room. I stayed in a small double room with a huge bay window overlooking the main road (the window opens which is a rarity in hotels and I lived it). Whilst the room / bathroom was compact it had everything needed.Tea / coffee facilities were spot on and the shower had great pressure that’s always a positive. I slept really well and whilst I didn’t have breakfast it looked great.

  We arrived just after 12pm and explained that we had a 3:30pm theatre booking and were hoping to freshen up beforehand. The receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful — he kindly checked on our room and, although it was still being cleaned, invited us to leave our luggage and return shortly.We went for a coffee nearby and came back about 45 minutes later to find our room ready and waiting.The moment we walked in, we were so impressed. The room smelled beautifully clean and fresh, and it was absolutely spotless — clearly maintained to a very high standard.The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The modern touchpad lighting and temperature controls, along with efficient air conditioning, added a real touch of luxury.And the shower… wow! A large overhead ceiling power shower with an additional handheld attachment — easily one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever experienced. Powerful, spacious and genuinely spa-like.Every detail made it feel worth every penny.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again — 100% recommend and 100% returning! 🌟

  Very clean rooms, and very comfortable bed. Had a ground floor room (which suited us). Was a good sized room for the area (stayed in a few "cupboards" in the area previously. Staff member always on duty. Brilliant location to Paddington station. Various cafes around the corner for breakfast. We always eat out and not at hotels to get a feel of the area. Rates were very good for area and season. Street does not carry a huge amount of traffic, and can't hear what traffic there is.

  Modern, clean and comfortable near Paddington Station

  I booked a Standard Single room which was exactly as website photos showed. Chose this property due to it's proximity to Paddington Station (an easy 5 or 6 minute walk) & access to Heathrow Express train to airport. Modern property, small room (but what I expected - although bathroom a bit smaller, not much room to move around), entire room very clean & tidy with small work desk. Focus on sustainability initiatives, not many amenities in room but you can ask at reception if you need anything & they have some complimentary things available. Very good info guide in room. Liked the adjustable lights (dimming). Safe uses room key to open & close instead of needing a code. Plenty of charging points & power sockets. Lift is available in the building. No iron in room but could request one if needed, external laundry service was available.Offers a continental breakfast for a fee (I didn't have this) & there is coffee/tea available all the time in a room next to reception (no fee). Luggage storage is available & I was able to leave my bags for a couple of hours on check-out day as I had a late flight, which I appreciated. My room was on the road side of the hotel & was a little noisy earlier in the evening, not so bad during the night though. I would definitely stay here again if needing only a smallish room.

  Lovely Modern Hotel

  This is a modern hotel in a convenient location near Paddington Station. The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable bed and had a safe, and a small refrigerator in the room. It is relatively close to Hyde Park. They have breakfast in the morning. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London.
