    Stayed here before and will again, ideal location when using train, does job for price you pay, helped me with a booking for an extra night at short notice, no issues at all

    I don’t know why this hotel has such a low score it’s a budget hotel in prime location! If you pay cheap don’t expect the Hilton! This hotel does exactly as it offers a budget stay in an excellent location. The bedding/bed are clean the staff are friendly and helpful. I’m disabled I rang up before booking and asked could they locate me on the ground floor and they were very accommodating helping me to the room. If you want Hilton 5 star standard then book the Hilton and pay there crazy prices! This hotel is perfect as a budget friendly option! I’ve stayed in far worse hotels in London. I will be returning.

    My family of 2 adults and two older teens stayed here before getting on the Eurostar the next day. Easy to get to from Heathrow, good location, small rooms as per the picture however clean and comfortable. Staff were great - friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple (croissants, ham, toast, cheese, jam, cereals, tea etc) - fresh and worth what the hotel charged. If looking for good clean less expensive, centrally located accommodation, this is a good option. (FYI - other listing mentioned noise but we did not find that when we stayed).

    Went Nov, it is 5 min walk from Kings Cross, street is littered with similar hotels, check in guy was ok, room small but as expected, bathroom very small but again, its a budget hotel, Fine for dumping bag and getting on with day, was quiet enough at night, have booked to stay again.

    My Husband and I booked an overnight stay in this budget hotel the night before and after a train trip to York. The location was superb. Only a 5 minute walk from front of Kings Cross station. On the night before our trip, we were located in a larger room on the ground floor. I have disabilities and use a walking aid. The reception guy was very helpful and made sure it was convenient and suitable for my needs However when we stayed there on our trip return , it was a totally different story. I mentioned my disability and the need to be on ground floor. However, we were put in a tiny room in the basement down steep awkward stairs. We had 2 large suitcases . However the reception staff didnt sem interested. My Husband had to struggle with both our cases down the stairs. The room was very small and even the bed seemed like it was for single occupancy. Due to this experience I am afraid we are unable to recommend th8s hotel.
