  We always stay in Premier Inns however, this six night stay in a run down old smelly hotel, so much so, I had to buy a little diffuser, with what could only be described a couldn’t care less attitude by the hotel staff with the exception of Adrian and a female member whose name I didn’t get.We asked for our bed to be made up daily; it wasn’t - only 2 days.Hair dryer was broken.Shower head broken.Carpet in room and hallway was very dirty.All reported to front desk Manager but nothing in communication book.Also sent communication to customer service with no response at all.Stayed at Premier Inn T3 after this stay and it was lovely.

  Amazing atmosphere at this location

  We come here every year. We can't get enough of the atmosphere at Borough market & the range of produce. We always stay at this Premier Inn because we have never had a bad experience. The staff are so welcoming from arrival at reception and throughout. There is on site parking which is a bonus, & is perfect location for everything. London Bridge, & The tower of London are within walking distance & we have jumped on the tube & been everywhere. We always catch a show while we are there & probably seen every landmark in London by now but we will be back to do it all over again.

  Great location, loads of bars and restaurants within a few metres , but the hotel is tucked away so you’re not disturbed by noise. Nice and clean and all of the staff were really friendly. Stayed here three nights over the back holiday and the reception staff and those working on the breakfast room were all so friendly and helpful.Breakfast was lovely and fresh, they kept refilling or regularly rather than leaving it sitting like warm for hours. Only negative was the air con in the room didn’t work. I wonder if they don’t turn it on until summer. But with four of us the room was very hot and the window would only open slightly . Other than that a fab hotel on the perfect location.

  Have stayed here every year since 2021 and it used to be fab. Location is still 10/10 and having cheap parking spaces (£15 per day) is also a plus but sadly that is where it ends. The building work next door is noisy and dusty. We asked the concierge for a quiet room away from the building work if possible and so he put us on the top floor in a room that hadn’t been used for months overlooking the site! Thankfully Tim moved us. We had to leave a day early as the dust had triggered my husbands medical condition but they refused to refund us for that third night even though we checked out at 10:00 and I am sure they would have let the room again. Won’t be back.

  Great hotel and fabulous location. Tim greeted us at the check in desk and arranged an early check in. He also brought us hot pastries during breakfast! Great customer service, would stay there again.
