  3 night stay. We have been before. We love the location, short stroll to the train station. 2 stops away from London Bridge station. It has parking which makes this more appealing! Lots of places to get a bite to eat locally or order an uber delivery. What’s not to like

  Overall, the stay was good. Close to the train station (5 min walk to Greenwich stn). Quick easy bites available in the vicinity.My biggest issue with our stay was the room. The humidity was soo extreme that the condensation built up on all the windows, creating pools of water. I wish I was exaggerating. The staff, though attentive, only provided towels to line the windows (not a fix, just a mask). The room felt extremely stale. The bed, it was rock hard. We requested a mattress pad which didn't provide much relief. The pillows were also very hard.If these issues were fixed, I would stay there again.   I booked this to stay after an event at the O2 as it has parking. The room was a good size and clean. Getting out of the parking was difficult as the code didn’t work and we had to walk out via the car route.   Zero willingness to accommodate on the part of customer service.It's a shame that they won't even accept a cancellation one month before arrival as a gesture of goodwill.This really has nothing to do with customer friendliness.Excuses like ‘unfortunately, that's not possible’ are simply wrong. Of course it's possible.
