  Super Chilled Vibe

  Went with my sister recently. Always love this hotel. It has a very chilled vibe, lovely rooms , good breakfast and friendly staff, especially Kit on front desk who was super helpful ! Am visiting again very soon.   Good location with its own jet

  Good location by Deansgate station, staff were friendly and the bar/restaurant seemed easy and accessible if you fancy paying an extra few quid to not venture out. Equally there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops all nearby. Sainsbury's local is about 30 seconds from front door.The room was an accessible room on the 9th floor with a jet wash for a shower that cleared off any filth you have ever had on your skin. Nice big bed, with a complimentary fridge with a couple of soft drinks. My only quibble would be the climate control only went down to 18C, so if you've got a bit of flabby insulation round yourself like I do, you might get a bit warm. Solid hotel, we'd stay again if we want to be in a good location slightly out the centre of Manchester.   Great location on First Street, close to local & national transport, plus lots going on in the area.Wonderful staff in all areas of the hotel. Loved the bar & restaurant area, great ambiance with exceptional customer service from Jayden & Chess. The rooms were wonderfully clean & quite spacious.   Check in error started our trip off disappointed

  We arrived at 11.30am after booking an early check in on line from 10am only to be told that early check in wasn’t available and I shouldn’t have been able to book it on line, was a glitch!! Room therefore not available till 3pm. We planned the trip around having the day in Manchester, chill in room when we arrived early to unpack and head out for lunch then back to head out for Co-Op live for a concert. Disappointed they didn’t offer us the townhouse that was available straight away without saying that’ll be an extra charge. Should have complementary or reduced even due to their error, but weren’t able to offer it. Refunded our early check in but nothing else offered and didn’t show much concern. We had to get changed in toilets but clothes for the concert were all creased as stuck in luggage room 4hrs till we could access our room. Room thankfully was nice when we finally got in it on floor 9 with a nice view of beer kegs and rubbish lol. First room had a bath and open bathroom rather than a private shower so they were able to move us. Travelling with my daughter this was preferred and as picture showed. Breakfast was great so that was a bonus. Lots of choice and good quality and lovely staff. Just be aware of their glitches with their on line booking and ring on day about early check in as they said it’s not guaranteed!
