  The only reason to stay here is the location. It is very close to Manchester Picadilly train station. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. When we checked out only one lift was working and we couldn’t get in so had to drag our suitcases down the stairs. I know that might be outside their control but there was no communication or updates. Just a shrug of shoulders. Customer service is appalling. I wouldn’t stay here again.

  Very clean spacious 2 bed apartment. Really nice reception area. Staff lovely and gave us our room early as it was available. Booked an uber using booth in reception, was not clear that the uber actually can't pull up in front of the reception door, needs to be clearer where to meet it. So close to train station but very quiet. We paid in advance for late check out, unfortunately we were disturbed twice during the morning of check out asking us to leave the room, when leaving the person at front desk did apologise but it was stressful as we really needed to stay until the agreed time. Hallway where rooms are is very dark and hot but room temperature well controlled and rooms are bright. I would return.   I stayed here with my daughter for an overnight. We arrived early and asked if we could store our bags and instead were allowed a free early check in. We’d booked a 1 bed apartment which had plenty of amenities and a very comfortable bed. It’s so close to the train station and there is a locker room if you need to store bags securely after checking out. We will definitely stay again.   Highly recommend for a trip to Manchester, ticked all our boxes!

  This place exceeded our expectations. Every single staff member was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. The area is perfect, right at Piccadilly station and walking distance to the city centre. The apartment was spotless and really well equipped. As we were staying with our child, I was a little nervous that there might be noise from other guests as we stayed on a Friday night, but we all had a great and peaceful nights sleep. Genuinely could not fault the place. Highly recommended for a trip to Manchester.
