    Lovely room, a lot packed into it! Got a little warm in the evening but the windows were easy openable and the apartment felt mature and well finished.

    Great location and lovely decor. Group of 4 girls came for a special birthday weekend and wanted to all be together. The lift didn’t work and the other alternative accommodation was 2 separate rooms. There was noise from nearby pub on Saturday evening until 7am. Lacks lighting and plugs in the rooms so was quite dark

    I had a fantastic stay at Whitworth Locke and wouldn’t hesitate to return. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, stylish, and relaxed, exactly what you want when staying in Manchester.A special thank you to Laura M (it could have been a H too!) who was absolutely fab. She went above and beyond throughout my stay and genuinely made everything feel effortless. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out.That said, every member of staff I encountered was brilliant, friendly, helpful, and clearly proud of the place. It makes such a difference when the whole team is consistently great.The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed and more. The location is perfect too, with loads of great food and drink options just a short walk away.Would 100% recommend Whitworth Locke for anyone visiting Manchester, a gorgeous hotel with exceptional staff.

    No other words needed here than : Highly recommended ! (But since Tripadvisor does not accept less than 100 characters : Nice design, nice rooms, very friendly and service minded staff.)

    Loud music until early hours & no response from reception

    Rooms are beautiful, but there was loud music on in the hotel until early hours in the morning. I attempted 4 times to call reception with no answer. The walls are so thin you can hear everything next door. We had pipes boxed into our room so when someone else showered it sounded like heavy rainfall in our room which woke us up at 6am. Location is great, but wasn’t worth the sleepless night and unwanted early morning get up.
