    Beautiful place to stay, and comfortable but could be better.

    A very imposing building from the outside and looks fantastic. Inside, the reception area is pretty nice too, as is the restaurant and bar area. The room was okay, but not 4-star standard, in my view. The leisure pool was good but unfortunately the spa pool was out of action. Early check in (from 3pm) and late check out (up to 1 pm) is ideal for a leisurely break, although we had a phone call and rom service knocking on the door as they didn't know we'd booked a late check out, which was slightly annoying. Breakfast is excellent, with something for everyone, and was good quality, but the fruit juice seems like squash and very watery. Ample parking, and 15 mins drive to the centre of Norwich is good, with a big supermarket a couple of minutes away should you have forgotten anything.

    Stayed for one night business trip Room was stone cold badly fitting window allowed howling wind all night. Bed was uncomfortable to say the least and the quilt wasn't big enough to properly cover the bed let alone 2 people.Went to the bar where the staff were not exactly helpful bordering on plain rude.Complained to reception who called a duty manager who stated they would be there in 2 mins. Over 10 mins later I left.I don't expect poor quality rooms beds and service it is just not good enough.Would I stay here again? In short no and I would think long and hard if you are thinking of staying here.

    This hotel has been recommended a lot however it’s quite disappointing. We stayed from Friday-Sunday and had booked 2 breakfasts for our stay costing £50 in total. For one breakfast, it costs £25 for two people and they hardly top up any of the food so even if you book at 9am the food is limited. The coffee machine was also not working. With the rooms, we had to use 2 fans they provided (thankfully) as it is very hot with no AC. The room we stayed in was full of cobwebs and spiders were living rent free. We would also not suggest dining in the restaurant as the food is limited and food was dry. I would especially advise everyone to avoid the Butter Chicken Grill. The leisure section is not too bad as it was not busy at the time we went however on a busy day, it could be chaotic and no bed/seats left. The hot tub was also not working. The staff were nice however this hotel is not worth your money. We hoped the experience staying in the hotel would’ve been as nice as it looked from the outside.

    Avoid this hotel - there is not enough space to note everything done , Conway your Money the hotel resembles a hotel on the verge of closing down
