Good location, great value for money, and the room was refurbished and spotless. Very pleasant staff and the hotel itself has had a makeover, so looked better than I thought once inside. Good size room with comfortable bed, armchair, TV and spotless bathroom with great shower. Only downside was Wi-Fi only free for 30 minutes.

It is an incredibly cosy hotel. Extremely warm and comfortable! The staff was great and we had a wonderful experience. The breaksfast was rich and varied. The rooms were clean. The hotel is also wonderfully located: cose to Norwich castle and the cathedral.

Exactly what we needed

We all know travelodge is more of a budget/basic hotel and don’t expect many frills .. this was a good, clean place to stay. Rooms have been refurbed so decor was good. We were on top floor and it was generally quiet. I would not hesitate to stay again for the odd night or 2. Lad a reception was polite. Didn’t have breakfast or anything so can’t comment on food.
