This hotel is close to University of Massachusetts Boston, Adams National Historical Park, and John F. Kennedy Library and Museum. Area attractions include Boston Public Library. Facility

98 non-smoking rooms, including a suite and 1 single room, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Great Hotel Close to Boston

    We stayed at the Adams Inn on our last night of a 10-day trip prior to heading to the airport. The staff at the pub and restaurant were amazing, especially our waiter/bartender, Mark, and his brother who fixed the most wonderful meals for us. We sat outside by the river enjoying cocktails, and it was a wonderful last night before heading home.

    Had occasion to attend a celebration of life here and it was handled with complete professionalism in a really lovely private room set up for about 100 attendees. Spotless bathrooms, really well done buffet, along with both a coffee bar and cocktail bar, wonderful, compassionate servers and staff…..couldn’t have been better.     This Best Western has it all. Great staff, great food in the morning and evening at the onsite restaurant. Room was clean, good lighting, beds and pillows comparable to the 5star expensive hotels. BW is our go to choice whenever we can on the road.     Disappointing Stay a Dirty Mattress & Smoke Detector Covered

    My experience at this hotel, unfortunately, was not the best. The next morning, we noticed the smoke sensor was covered with a plastic bag, which is a serious safety concern and, in many places, a violation of fire safety regulations. The mattress was very dirty, and it even had a stain that looked like it could be blood, which was very unsettling. The sink was clogged, and the toilet kept making noises throughout the night. I also took pictures of all these issues. We didn’t complain to the front desk at the time, but for a night that was supposed to be around $150, I was charged $251 total, so I assumed the difference was the security deposit, but I still haven’t received it back. I would really appreciate if this could be resolved as soon as possible.On a positive note, the front desk lady who checked us in was very nice and welcoming. I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests and process my deposit return promptly.
