    Beware invoicing scams! I got several copies of my bill emailed to me - all correct. Checked out at 11:30 am. At 8:30 pm they send me a revised one adding a rollaway bed charge when we never got a rollaway. I call the hotel and the woman said I would have to contact “accounting” 9-5 on weekdays and then HUNG UP ON ME WITHOUT SAYING BYE. I’m a gold member and previously was a platinum member, WATCH YOUR BILL HERE THIS WAS NO ACCIDENT. Also the pool was super cold and the rooms are in bad shape. I am truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment you experienced during and after your stay. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. I understand how concerning it must have been to receive a late adjustment for a service you did not use, and I want to assure you this was an error, not intentional.     Another Wonderful Stay!

    I just completed a 4-night stay at the Boston Marriott Copley Place over Marathon Weekend and had another wonderful stay! My Lifetime Platinum Elite status was recognized at check-in, leading to an upgrade to a larger corner room. The hotel is conveniently located within the Prudential Center with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are comfortable with modern amenities and nice views of the city. The Fitness Center includes plenty of cardio equipment and a heated indoor pool. I’d like to commend the following Associates in the M Lounge: Robin, Laura, Alison, and Patti. Their hospitality, warmth, and generosity of spirit continue to make me feel at home whenever I stay here. It’s almost as if you’re family and they’re so happy to see you. I look forward to my next stay!

    Friendly staff, clean room, resort fee included credit at Yard house. Connected to a mall. Located in the Back Bay so walkable to Newbury Street. Definitely a recommendation from me!

    I have to say, Marriott should use this property as a model for their other locations. This place was excellent. The room was stylish and spotless. You can tell the building itself is older, but the rooms feel completely updated.Big shoutout to having a Yard House as the main restaurant—such a great choice. Good food at a fair price. I honestly don’t understand why so many hotels try to run “fancy” restaurants that overcharge for mediocre food. Not here. Everything was great.The staff was outstanding. Joey at the front desk was extremely helpful, and the bellman—whose name I unfortunately can’t remember—was also cheerful and very accommodating. I was there on a business trip and away from home for my second straight week, and having such friendly staff truly makes a difference.The location is another big plus. Being inside a mall means there are tons of places to eat, shop, and walk around.One small improvement: Please consider removing the bathroom nightlight or adding an off switch—it’s very bright at night. Also, the room felt unusually warm (even though it was 15°F outside), and I had to turn on the AC 😂.Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

    Great experience at this property. Greeted as an elite member, upgraded without fanfare and treated like a treasured guest throughout. Every staff member, from valet to housekeeping with a greeting, smile and helpful. Special shout out to Donald Charles for overhearing it was my birthday and surprising me with a thoughtful gift basket with wine and a plethora of treats. Spotless, comfortable room with amazing view. Great location, convenient to everything (even in winter). They charge a resort fee but you get it all back and more with a bar credit, tickets to view Chicago ($70 value) and the pool/fitness area. M club best premium club I’ve been to in a while. I will return here and hope to soon!
