    Annoyed about parking charge.

    Very pleasant hotel, all around great experience. My only qualm is that they charge $10/night for parking in a suburban area. In a city, I understand that a hotel might charge to park your car. Many people don't bring cars. But for this hotel, it's ridiculous. There is no public transportation to get there, everyone drives.

    Good Place for our Family Event!

    If I could have, I would have given this 4.5 stars. We had our extended family Passover Seder here a few days ago. While I can't speak to the quality of the rooms, I can speak to how our event went.The sales manager I worked with (Sam Baldus) was a delight and made every effort to make our Seder special. The staff that worked the night of our event was so polite, thoughtful, and hard working. There were a few minor glitches that they did their best to trouble shoot, and my family had a wonderful time.

    A fine hotel with helpful staff that met my expectations. The elevator is slow and the food options in the hotel are a little lacking. The Natick Mall is within walking distance (there's even a sidewalk that makes it as far as the back parking lot, and you can walk reasonably comfortably through the back parking lot to get to the front parking lot and the entrance). But that mall closes early many evenings, so it's not a good dinner option, either. My room was clean and comfortable, and included a mini fridge designed to hold half a gallon of milk and six standard beer cans in the door, which was nice. The soundproofing seems good enough. (I was next to a noisy ice machine and never heard it.) It smelled like every other Marriott.

    Suitable. Older rooms but sizable enough. Did have discount through travel site so that helped.Close to Boston for rest after long flight. $10 a night for parking, not sure if available long term but there is a park and ride to Logan option very close by. No safe in room. Curtains displaced by blower on HVAC. There was no clear evidence of any pests in the room. Once the kids stopped playing in the hall it was quiet enough to rest. I was so tired really didn't matter anyway!There is an Aldi nearby for food.

    Hotel and rooms were clean. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. Breakfast was al la carte and very good. We had the bistro breakfast sandwich which was delicious! They had free coffee and you could order Starbucks coffee as well. Only downside was no decaf coffee at free station OR available to buy. So that was a bummer. Hotel is pet friendly as well for a fee.
