    I wasn’t impressed. The pull-out mattress had nasty stains and no sheets. The bathroom wasn’t super clean. However, I may have given it a 3 had they returned my calls/email about my missing items. I am certain I left my necklaces in the bathroom and realized it hours after checkout. I have tried to call and email several times, but have received no response. I have a feeling they have no intentions of returning my calls or items to me. Very disappointing.     My wife and I stayed here one night. Our room was up to date and clean as was the rest of the hotel. The gym had lots of equipment but could be larger.We got upgraded to the fourth floor by Kay with yellow nails. She was friendly and informative. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The food was good, especially the fruit salad at breakfast. The remainder of the breakfast was average. Our waitress at breakfast, Alejandro provided great service. Our waiter at dinner never came and checked on us after the food was delivered by someone else.We would stay here again.     NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN

    We will start with the fact that as a Platinum member with IHG I was given the option of points at check in or food vouchers for free breakfast. I made the poor choice of accepting the vouchers. It was a 3 night stay, so I got three vouchers. Reviewing my hotel bill after check out shows that on 2 of those 3 days I was still charged for breakfast and for two different amounts ($27 & $24.97) which is odd as it is a buffet and can't imagine the price varies from day to day. Also can't imagine they actually charge that amount for a breakfast buffet to begin with as it wasn't all that impressive and far better hotels have free breakfast that are much better. They were immediately contacted via the IHG app regarding the billing errors and I was informed they would respond within 48 hours. Or, I guess, another unlisted option was they would not respond at all and hope if they ignored me I'd drop the matter. They hoped wrong as complaints were filed with the MA Attorney General's Office and Better Business Bureau. Legal action will be next as, based on reading many other complaints about this property, this seems to be a regular thing with them. Double billings, fake charges, etc. then they go out of their way not to correct these issues. Beyond the fraud, if you are remotely noise sensitive, the walls are super thin. Got stuck next to a yappy couple with an infant that cried ALL NIGHT LONG. It sounded like they were in the room with me. I wanted to move the bed and see if there was a giant hole behind the bed board because it was impossible to imagine how I could hear them the way I did otherwise. AVOID THIS PLACE. MANY BETTER, MORE ETHICAL OPTIONS IN THE AREA!     First off, this location has the strongest shower pressure of any IHG properties we’ve stayed at yet.The bed mattress was a good 15” thick and provided a comfortable nights sleep.There is an attached bar/nightclub, which is wherein the crux lies.Was awakened by a loud conversation in the hallway outside our door at 3am Sat morning. Then some barking, as these fools had a dog with them.The party eventually found its way inside, to a room adjacent to ours, and expanded to the other room adjacent to ours, which is where they left the dog.I turned on the white noise and finally fell back asleep after running the course with my internal mutterings.Woke up again a little before 7am to barking, which elicited heavy footsteps from the party room to the dog room.
