  My room was filthy. Th toilet seat had not been cleaned, the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed in a long time, the bed cover had not been washed, there were no towels in the room.This is the first time I've ever asked for a new room. The staff was pleasant and gave me a new room but it wasn't much better. Terrible stay.

  Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

  Where do I even begin. We had a reservation for two rooms, 6 people. Check in took forever and once we got to the rooms, boy oh boy. Our room literally smelled like poop so badly that everyone in our party thought my toddler had a dirty diaper. She in fact did not. Then we go to take a shower, not one towel. No bath towels, no hand towels, not even a washcloth. My husband went to the front desk and asked for towels. Apparently they were in the dryer and would be done in three minutes. Ok, fine but not for nothing, check in was at 3pm, you knew how many people were in our rooms and it was now after 8pm and you still didn’t have towels for us?? We were told they would call us when the towels were ready. An hour later, still no call. So my husband went down again and guess what?! The towels still weren’t dry. Like come on, check in is at 3pm, that should’ve been done and towels in our rooms. So after a long day, still no towels, we decided it was time to just go to bed, our toddler was exhausted. So I pull the blankets back and the sheets were so stained, I didn’t even want to sleep in them. So we slept on top of the sheets and just used the blankets. Fast forward to the morning and we went down to get towels. They only gave us one bath towel, one floor towel, one hand towel and two wash clothes for THREE PEOPLE! The excuse was that they still had more laundry to do, I can’t even! Meanwhile, breakfast is supposed to come with your stay. Apparently if you aren’t downstairs at the crack of dawn then you’re out of luck. My family member went downstairs at 7:30 and they had ONE bag left, which she came and offered to my toddler. Shouldn’t you plan to have enough for your guests?! So we decided it was best to pack up early and head out to now find and pay for breakfast. I decided to take a shower and use the one towel we were given and there was someone else’s hair from the previous stay still in the shower. Which clearly means the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough and will never return. You know it’s bad when the staff doesn’t even ask you if you enjoyed your stay when you check out. Never again!

  Not Terrible/ Manageable for 1 night with family (2 kids, 2 adults)

  Room was visibly clean as was bathroom, only issue was missing towels. No one at front desk upon check-in, waited almost 15 min before we began to look around for them, even tried calling desk, but no one came. Overall cleanliness better than expected based on reviews for one night with family. I would NOT stay multiple nights or for family vacation, but one or two nights passing through it is manageable. However, there was a lot of foot traffic in/out, seemed to be a result of people living there, maybe top floor perhaps. our room was next to elevator and we heard it running constantly until midnight, it was very loud each time up/down, only 1 so perhaps that was issue combined with residents. Also lots of smoking smell and weed smell in the hallway area by the elevator.

  Everything was great. comfortable, clean. experience at this hotel was fine and there was no problems at all. Hallways were quiet and no noise at all. Great location near highways and stores, restaurants.

  The staff seemed nice, the water pressure was decent, and the grab-and-go breakfast was super basic but nice to have some food. Other than that, it was very disappointing. I booked through Booking.com and the rooms were listed as having two queen beds but they were clearly not. I'm assuming they were full size; barely enough room to fit two adults on it much less sleep comfortably. The decor is very outdated. The lobby and immediate outdoor area are eyesores. The bath tub was clean but really beat up - well past the time to replace it. It's nice to have a budget hotel but it's not worth the cost savings to be so uncomfortable.
