    The staff who are working here are extremely rude. I checked in at 1am after 16 hours of travel due to a delayed flight on wee morning of 5/21/2026. There was an extremely loud noise In the room, which made sleeping difficult. I was calling to see if there could be a staff member who could check on the source of the noise. Anthony told me to check back in 10 minutes. I called again and the blond half staff member said that he can't check on the noise because he has to go home. I asked if anyone else could come and he informed me that Anthony is coming over. No one showed up. I called to check in again in 10 minutes and the blond haired guy hung up on me. The staff needs to be trained on how to set expectations and be nice to their guests when issues come up.

    Beautiful room. Lobby huge with lots of areas to sit and talk or read. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Next to market place with 90 stores & restaurants. At front desk Meet & Scott went out of their way to make our stay (for a medical procedure) seamless. Talk about great first impressions when you walk in! When traveling we’ve stayed here several times in the past. They are currently doing remodels of rooms, but no mess or noise. Very impressed .

    My husband booked 2 rooms for our family of 5. He has ambassador status. We checked in on Monday and our rooms were ready and it was 2:00 The hotel and rooms are very clean. I asked to have housekeeping every day and they did. Breakfast was perfect. Though we wished the waffle maker was working. We went to Salem and Boston, the hotel is a perfect distance to both it took 20 minutes. We were suppose to check out on Saturday but we got done with everything we wanted to do on Friday late afternoon. We checked out and did not care if we were getting charged but the guy was nice enough to just give us a late check out and reimbursed us for the night. The hotel is close to a nice shopping center with lots of shopping and dining.

    My husband and I stayed here for 8 days at Thanksgiving time. We stayed in the recently renovated tower rooms, and they are working on remodeling the hotel wings. The room was fine, clean and a great refrigerator and microwave plus coffee pot, although they had free coffee in the lobby all the time. The lobby area was cozy and a great sitting place with 2 gas fireplaces and comfy seats. The breakfast was free and delicious (hot and cold, waffles, fruit etc) and the staff so friendly. A shout out thanks to Shane at the front desk who worked to make our stay even better, and we plan on staying here again when we are in the Boston area. Location is great, only 30 minutes to Boston Logan, and a great shopping and restaurant area (Market Street) almost within walking distance of the hotel. I do highly recommend this place.

    We had a great stay at the 4 Points Sheraton. Very conveniently located off of 95. Beautiful lobby. They had brownies in the foyer with Halloween Decorations, I was on my way for wine and cheese, so I passed on the brownies. Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Our King Bed room was spacious with a great bathroom and fancy fridge. We could see the highway from our room but we could not hear the highway. Talking with the staff, they are renovating the hotel. Our room was in the Tower and was renovated first. They are working on one of the wings and they will move over to the other wing. They offer a free buffet breakfast, great bacon and fruit. The dining room is large and overlooks water. The hotel is also close to a large shopping center with restaurants and Whole Foods, you do not have to get on the highway to access it. I would definitely stay here again if I needed stay in this area.
