    My six year old son and I enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay during his February school vacation week. We felt very welcomed by the friendly staff and our room was ready on time, clean and luxuriously comfortable. My son especially loved his kid-sized robe & slippers and complimentary Four Seasons stuffed puppy. I appreciated the soundproof room and quality linens and toiletries. We both enjoyed the lovely indoor pool and A+ room service. The location is great for shopping, access to the MBTA and restaurants. Highly recommend!     Being at the 3rd four seasons we’ve ever been to, I could tell you that our group and our pup had the time of our lives. I also wanna talk about the dog traits provided by The Four Seasons. We spent a long weekend at The Four Seasons in Boston. One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at while we were there, my dog, Annie was given, from Neoteric brands, peanut butter and blueberry dog treats. My dog is a very poor eater because she’s a rescue. These are the first treats in a long time that she absolutely loved. I ordered these traits from the source because it is so hard to find something that she loves. I think you and The Four Seasons for this wonderful trip.     I spent a couple of months researching luxury hotels with spa in Boston to celebrate my wife's birthday with our family of 4. I have no doubt I made the right decision. From the moment we pulled up to the moment we drove away, our 2 day stay was noting but perfect. From the staff, to the property, to the memories we will cherish for a lifetime.     I’m not sure the last time I stayed at self designated 5 star hotel, where requests for assistance with provided services fell into an echo chamber on multiple occasions, and the stay felt equivalent to that of pedestrian hotel facility, but for multiple of price. No doubt, it is a nice facility, but we are not there to appreciate the flower arrangements. I had sent a message for requested accommodations (name of co-guest, request for clothes steamer, and request for assistance in spa bookings) 2 days before checking in. The front desk assistant clearly had none of this data upon check in; and did in fact mention they would “reach out” to me for assistance with those “later”. I had not heard from anyone at the hotel for my short 24hrs that I spent there to assist with anything that I had asked for one two occasions. I don’t mind making my own spa appointments the day I am there, but who can promise the schedule availability same day?. Perhaps only redeeming fact was the door man’s smile, otherwise, felt like ignored ghosts the entirety of my stay at 1 Dalton; and for that special hospitality feeling, I could be staying at an Airbnb.
