    An adequate Hampton Inn

    This is an ok Hampton Inn, with some small quirks. At first we were given a room **between** two elevators -- we were shocked the company would even build a hotel with rooms so close to **both** elevators. We also were surprised to be given such a bad room when there were obviously many more rooms available. We were moved to another room on the third floor, but we were surprised to find that we could hear people walking on the floor above in the middle of the night. Soundproofing is inadequate. Also, like at most Hampton Inns, the elevators are glacially and even comically slow, and even the doors take a long time to open.Our experience overall in the Hampton Inn chain is a slow deterioration of quality. The furniture used to be reasonably nice; now it's more like Target or Walmart. There usually appears to be one person (apart from the cleaning service) running the hotel. The front desk staff is generally somewhat less experienced. The breakfast buffet is less varied.

    Room was cozy, bed was comfortable, quiet and great breakfast! The breakfast was delicious with a variety of different foods. Would definitely stay here again!

    We stayed here for a week with our dog, The location is super convenient—close enough to downtown Boston about 30 mins when no traffic. The hotel itself was very clean. Breakfast was solid every morning, and we loved that there was coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby all day. There are tons of restaurants nearby, which made meals really easy. One Thai restaurant within walking distance just right outside hotel parking out. And within about an hour’s drive, there are so many cute towns to check out—we ended up doing a few day trips and enjoyed every one.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

    Where value meets New England’s fun side

    A comfy and convenient stop along the way during our college tour. From the door, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff at the front desk. And the room was tidy and roomy enough for six, including a sofa bed, although we were just a party of three this time. So there was plenty of space to stretch out and decompress. Plus the breakfast spread was a hit! We didn’t have time to explore much, but there was a trendy shopping mall nearby with lots of restaurants and stores to check out.
