    Not the best!

    This hotel is WELL below the standard of a Hampton Inn. It is worn and dingy, and in desperate need of an update. The desk clerks seem to dislike their jobs....the towels are rough and thin......the breakfast is below the standard of other Hampton Inns.... I had to ask three times for a hairdryer that actually worked. There was nothing glaringly wrong--it's just that all the little aggravations added up to a less than pleasant stay. I feel like I should be awarded double points to have stayed here!

    Holding medical devices for ransom

    I had forgotten my cane in the room after we left. They told me it would be $40 to get it back. When tried to pay a few days later, then it went up to $60. Holding someone's medical assisted device for ransom is a new low I hadn't experienced yet

    The hotel offers a favorable location and reasonable pricing. However, the fitness room is subpar, super hoper small with 2or 3 people inside is completely full, no comfortable and smell horrible. The breakfast is basic. While the overall experience is positive, there are a few areas for improvement.One notable issue is the lack of a key room at night. If you forget your key, it can be a frustrating experience. The staff may take a considerable amount of time to open the main door and may ask numerous questions. Additionally, the rooms are locked after 11:00 PM, which can be inconvenient, especially during weekends.Despite these minor drawbacks, the staff has improved significantly.

    Where to start…. It smells everywhere: hallways, fitness center, pool area. Hot tub was broken. Pool looked like it hadn’t been maintained in months - not even a faint smell of chlorine. Lights flickered everywhere: parking lot, hallway, and room. Staff was blah. One woman was friendly when she came to explain that the thermostat on the wall didn’t work and we had to use the unit by the window. The phone didn’t work. You pick up the handset and press front desk and you get a fast beeping. You can only dial ‘0’. The door to our room was so heavy, I had to put all my weight into to open it. The furniture was all scratch and worn badly. The tub had rust spots that looked like blood. Also the location sucks. It’s so far away from Boston. Stayed in Canton Homewood Suites (which is a favorite) and even though it is further away, that seemed easier to travel to the city. We stayed one night and then switched hotels. Overall just not what we’ve come to expect from Hilton.

    Immediately transport yourself to a truckstop motel in Kansas! Heat was broken, poop on the toilet seat, shower head spit water all over the bathroom, heat makes a racket, bed is not comfortable. Somewhat surprised that MA DPH allows this place to remain open. The paint and wallpaper are peeling up and the lobby smells like a fish factory. The rooms were also clearly smoked in for 600 years prior to re-branding under Hilton. I felt like I was in a horror movie.
