Location

This pleasant city hotel lies just 3 km from the centre of Boston to which there is a hotel shuttle bus service (as well as to Cambridge). TD Banknorth Garden, the historic Freedom Trail, Fenway Park (home to the Boston Red Sox) and countless museums are located in the near vicinity and the most famous universities are also just a short distance from the hotel. Logan airport is approximately 6.5 km away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with a lift and 184 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, callisthenics and aerobics. A spa and a sauna are available in the wellness area. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant with air conditioning, a café and a bar. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    We had an unfortunate experience with a security guard and my minor child. Very inappropriate and scary situation. Also was told my room was being refunded on 4/9 and still waiting to receive it. Every time I call I get told no one is available to help me and I’ve sent multiple emails. Don’t go here!!     My dad and I had to book 3 different reservations because of a volleyball tournament and the workers were very understanding and patient! Rooms were nice and clean. We used the pool for team bonding and had a lot of fun with the mini basketball court and games there.
