    Nice hotel, but no airport shuttle

    This is a nice, clean hotel. However, if you stay here, be aware that they no longer have a shuttle to the Logan Airport.     Nice, but parking… no so much!!

    Hotel is what you expect. It was clean and as advertised. But, TAKE NOTE: It’s $30/day to park, and there aren’t enough spots, so you could end up in a situation like we were. You come home from your evening, and there is ZERO spots available. Cars were already parked along curbs and double parked. Staff on duty at the time was not helpful, or even slightly remorseful/apologetic. I was told it’s “first come first serve”, which wasn’t mentioned at check in, and the only “solution” she offered was that I could call the sister hotels in the area and ask if I could park there. I could call- in an area I’m unfamiliar, at almost midnight, to park and walk from who knows where?? Then have to go get our car the next day?? Come on….Other than that, the rest of the staff was pleasant, and the hotel is easy to get to.     Excellent stay. Must be newly renovated because entire building and room looked new and clean. The hotel receptionist was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

    The management and front desk staff consistently fall short. They lack urgency, do the bare minimum, and are extremely disorganized with reservations. I’ve stayed here several times, but last night will be my last. The entire team could benefit from retraining in basic hospitality standards.

    Clean and spacious suite. First hotel room in YEARS that didn’t have a USB charging port anywhere in the room. Make sure to bring your wall plug or your electronics will die - like mine did.
