    Best staff! Hyatt staff is the most helpful and welcoming. I love the fact that Hyatt has high quality shampoo, wash & lotion in every room. The staff at Cara were amazing. Food is delicious!     Excellent location for seeing sites. Rooms are small but amenities are good. Be sure to ask not to be near garbage collection in the morning.     Can't beat the location to see the sights of Boston. Very clean hotel with some upgraded amenities. We booked the double deluxe room and had more than enough space for a couple. Lots of food and drink options close by. Dunkin donuts across the street for morning coffee or a quick breakfast.
