    Horrible hotel experience

    The hotel facilities were outdated. The smell in the room was bad. A lot of lights or lamps in the room were out of order. The most aweful experience was that the TV and movies are of charges without clear notice. The kids can access the chargeable movies without parents guardian mode. The kids opened the movies and charged me about 90 bucks. That was crazy.

    As I have reviewed the property before and loved it for the easy access to all areas as well as excellent staff, I just wanted to add that Jessica Valanzola(Assistant General Manager) and her team are excellent. I really appreciate her efforts in working with me to secure the reservation for the critical stay and the follow up assistance after our stay. She is an incredible asset to the Hyatt Brand.     I was given a room already occupied!

    Upon check-in, I was given a room that was already occupied. As a woman traveling alone, imagine how frightening it was to open the door and find men's clothing strewn about! I ran back to the desk, where I was casually told, "Oh, one of our construction workers is living in that room," as if it was no big deal.The hotel is under renovations. I saw this when I booked, and I called to ask if the construction would affect the pool. They said no, and that was true; I was able to swim during my stay.However, I was very upset about this room mixup and because of it I did not feel safe during my stay. At times there were construction workers in the hallways and elevators, carrying 6-packs of beer and propping doors open to party.A staff member called when I got into my new (thankfully, vacant) room and said a manager would reach out to me and "take care of me," but this never happened. Further, I wrote this in my review to the hotel, but it has now been a couple of weeks and I still haven't heard anything, no apology or anything.The free breakfast was nice, with a very helpful attendant in the breakfast room making sure people found what they wanted.There is a parking fee and you have to park in designated spaces.     "Open" During Major Construction

    This hotel is "open" during major construction. There was no hot water two of three days of stay and loud drilling noise early Sunday, Mother's Day. Staff did not offer any type of compensation for the poor stay. Avoid this location until construction is done.     A Complete Disaster of a Hotel

    A disaster. Didn’t make-up our room for the three nights we stayed despite requests to do so. Manager was zero help. Massive construction going on. Shut off the water for three hours mid-day. Manager was zero help. Located right next to the highway, so the rooms incredible noisy at all hours. Don’t waste your time or money.
