  My daughters are both nurses at different hospitals nearby. I booked them a room to share for a couple nights after I learned of an impending storm. The people at the front desk have patience. Must have called a dozen times this week to modify reservations, add names etc. and they were always friendly and helpful. The larger studio room was a great setup. The kitchen facilities came in handy as my daughters both work night shifts at Boston Medical Center and Brigham and Womens. When they arrived to the property after working all night, there was a nice hot breakfast for them. This will be our preferred hotel to stay at during future storms. Thanks to Iona (sp)? the front desk manager and I a personable guy at the front desk who I believe is Richard. We appreciate your hospitality and flexibility.   Pleasant staff, good location, clean room. Just what one wants from a mid-range hotel. No surprises - all good. Close to Boston Children's Hospital.   Nice and pleasant place to stay in Boston

  This is an excellent hotel, with very clean and well maintained rooms and lobby. It is not far from downtown Boston and has easy access to most tourist areas and shopping malls. There is not much near the hotel itself, except Tropical Foods across the street and a nice Indian restaurant close by. Breakfast is included and this is quite good and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were there for 3 nights and fully enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Boston, particularly couples and families.

  Room was good. Bathroom needs attention. Pink slime in corners of shower area. Shower panels have cracks, potential mold behind them??

  Visiting Boston for a couple of days before travelling to Cape Cod, this hotel booked by our travel agent as a budget option. Nearest T station is Ruggles on the Orange line, from there it's a 10-15 minute walk down to the hotel. We were early, but they very kindly let us store our bags until check in time. We headed back into the city, a wise move as there isn't much in the surrounding area, not that we found in the two days we were there. When we checked in, they took a $150 insurance payment against damage, which annoyed us a bit, as it came off our Revolut account meaning we were a bit short of dollars at the end of the week. The room was nice, ours looked out over a small baseball field. Air conditioning in the room was much needed. The small kitchenette was good, fridge, microwave and hob. The grocery store over the road is well stocked, meaning you can get your own food etc. Breakfast was buffet style, a bit cramped though. Cereals and milk, yogurts to cooked options, a toaster and two waffle irons. All in all a good stay, staff helpful and friendly, good room. A bit out the way, but only about 15 mins into the heart of Boston.
