LOVED StayPineapple. Friendly and helpful concierge. Clean rooms. Comfy beds and bedding. Free bicycles. Supplied umbrellas when it was raining. Would stay again. One complaint: cheapest toilet paper and tissues I’ve ever had in a hotel. Fell apart. I don’t expect Charmin in a hotel. This was next level awful. Great location with great potential

My husband and I recently stayed here . The location was great and the front desk attendant and bartender were very nice and helpful. The complementary drinks at the bar were a nice touch as well as the refillable water bottle to take home.The room was small but cute. We did however find the heat pumps hard to regulate and were either freezing or overheating. The comforters were cozy but again hard to control body temperature. Tiny but good location

The location is excellent. Quiet area of Back Bay - very residential and quaint. The Trophy Room was an excellent dinner option after we had spent the whole day in the rain and didn't want to go too far afield. The welcome drinks are a really nice touch. Our room was tiiiiny - but that seems par for the course here in Boston. The bathroom is a postage stamp, and I found myself not wanting to spend much time in the room because of how claustrophobic I was. The bedding is cool - I don't know of anywhere else stateside that has individual duvets instead of a full comforter and it's really cozy! However, the bed was a bit firm for me, and I woke up really stiff. If this isn't a big deal to you or you are on your own, it probably will not be an issue for you. All the employees were super kind and so I give them five stars. My husband & I had a great vacation stay here. The bedding, pillows, coffee machine & Tommy Bahama products were a nice touch. Every employee we encountered was kind, courteous & friendly. A special shout out to Gabe, he was outstanding and went above and beyond our expectations with his kindness! This location is great for walking & we always felt very safe. We also LOVED the still water station near the front desk!!!
