  I'm a frequent road tripper and have stayed in many chain hotels. This property was one of the best. I highly recommend it.

  Had a great time at this hotel as it is located near our bowling tournament which is very convenient. Love this hotel much better than the Lamplighter hotel for sure

  Average location. You would need to drive to everywhere. Room is tight, limited, but clean. On the controrary to tight rooms, the hotel spent lots of effrots making its lobby very spacious; well furnitured; offers lots of sitting spaces and gaming computers and game consoles and a burger joints bar on site. I guess young college studens may love this places.. Room although small, but well decorated, with herman miller chair and hand hold cloth steamer. One of the drawbacks is it is too simple that there is just a thin board between bathroom and bedroom (see photo for detail)Staffs are friendly here also. Check out time is 11 am and front desk will knock your door if you do not check out by 11:30 am which is one disadvantege. I hope they consider change check out time to noon as it is a small and simple room, they don't need too much time to clean it. Plus it is almost double the price of another old hotel adjacent to it (yes that hotel is old and this hotel is new) Vib seems to be a mid class hotel by Best Western and there is only one location in the US which is this one. I liked most of this hotel and I will stay here again if I ever visited Springfield MO again.

  Very clean, good price, staff is polite and friendly. Great cafe and bar. Parking is close to door and plenty of parking spots.

  Man Best Western has upped there A game with this line of VIB Branded Hotel. They will be taken Hilton, Marriot, and Hampton Inns head on with this business class style hotel. This is my second visit to this VIB in Springfield but this trip my oldest daughter came along for a college visit to Missouri State and she agreed it is awesome, rainfall shower with wand option, a cooked breakfast with eggs, sausage, and bread for toast or bagels to toast or French toast sticks with something I have never tried before whipping cream and it was great. The night before we went to a cold cold Missouri State football game and the Espresso / Hot Chocolate machine in the lobby that is available at all times, was used very much when we got back and the next morning by my daughter. The rooms have a Keurig with Starbucks coffee options for your anytime you want and the beds are very comfortable with different pillow styles from firm to soft. My daughter told me the computers in the lobby were gaming style PC but I have not used them.. yet. With a full time restaurant inside the hotel you can order and either eat in your room after a long day or eat right there at the Burger Bar for lunch or supper. This class of hotels would be prefect for airports where you come in the day before and could turn in your rental car that day and stay at the hotel that night and you would need nothing but a shuttle to the airport. There is some sketchy but supposed to be high end hotels in Springfield so you have to be careful what you pick, this Best Western VIB is not one of them. This is my #1 hotel in Springfield and when I come back through there it will be my first pick to look at before deciding where I stay. I highly recommend this Hotel, Best Western it is time to expand this line of hotels I hear you only have 5 in the world.
