  We survived the night 😱

  This facility is very misleading when looking up reviews with booking agencies. In no way is this place a 4 star hotel. The guy at the desk was nice. Nothing extra just checked in and handed me a card then pointed down the hall. When walking down the hall I cannot describe the odor in the common areas and wish I could upload the smell. Everything echoed in the halls. The room was very disappointing. Lock broken, lamp shades looked like the had feces on them. I booked a double queen and got double full beds. There were boogers on the wall, the carpet felt like a greasy mat. Through the night there was kids screaming yelling all night and you could hear everything anyone said in the halls. I checked out at the front and told the guy I wanted to cancel the remainder of the reservation my family does not feel safe and it is disgusting. He told me they do not give refunds and I Asked for a contact for management to resolve this and he told me to just google it. No breakfast this morning so lucky there was a stash of boogers on the wall to snack on! This was on the list of Hotels for a volleyball tournament and I am working to have Arya removed from their recommended hotels.

  The hotel was clean and met basic expectations for the price, but advertised amenities like breakfast and a pool were unavailable. The biggest issue was noise—hallways and rooms lacked soundproofing, causing echoes and making it hard to sleep. Earplugs were necessary. Not ideal for a quiet stay.

  I love their toiletries. I love using dove, and the gave us extra and we were able to request extra towels. No Problem!

  I love the Dove toiletries, and unlimited towels. We had room 108. We had a iron and ironing board of our own, and it was new. Very clean no over use of pine sol and the phones work! The fragrance of the room was delightful, no pest. The staffing wasn't all family. Papa wasn't trying to mop the hallway and the pool was extremely clean. It's no place like home.

  Long story short, first room had holes in the door, plastic trash hanging from lamps and a "sanitized" toilet with toilet paper in it. The moment I decided to ask for a refund, is when I found a razorblade hanging on the picture frame on the wall (See picture). I stayed polite and asked to get a refund, but they would only offer me "an upgraded room". In the second room I found blood on the shower curtain and on the seemingly fresh towels. Still they would not refund me and the manager the next morning who heard about my complains was really unprofessional and even unfriendly. I apologized for causing inconvenience and was just looking for help to process a refund. Capital one had to solve the situation with the owner, who requested me to move out right away in order to refund me for the remaining nights. No elevator, "breakfast" is a joke and nothing like on the picture, unsafe place for my experience. Would never go there for another night again!!

  They advertise free breakfast online and then don’t offer it at the hotel.Rooms smelt awful. Bathroom wasn’t stocked up upon arrival.Walls and doors are paper thin, hallways are tile so you can hear everything going on outside. Forget sleeping in.Terrible experience. Awful service.
