  This hotel was convenient and affordable price.they have a nice pool area and friendly staff that was very accommodating to all our needs.We recommend this place to anyone that is passing by short stay no permanent.Housekeeping very good.

  Well, My exact words upon entering my room was " this was the epitome of a No Tell Motel"! You were read and signed off on the "NO Smoking" Policy, given your key, walked down this dimly lit hallway, some blue, some white light bulbs; I was waiting to see the red ones. The carpeting was rippled and ratty.... Entered the room, it held a strong musty odor; so i immediately walked to the window to turn on the a/c. Noticed a large screw on the floor and a fiew pieces of plastic wrapper trash, picked them up; decided to see if anything in the room had been dusted, since it obviously lacked vacuuming - a nice dusting was evident on all tables and lamps. The pool, directly outside my window looked beautiful; but i knew that there are city codes that have to be met to have an operational pool, as the hotel thankfully, doesn't set those regulations. I then turned to see the bed, the pillows were those 5.00 walmart throw aways, and there was only a top and bottom sheet - NO Comforter ? Yep! This was the epitome of cheap. Being an avid coffee lover, I looked for the coffee maker or kettle - none! No Frig - No Microwave!!!! Boy...time to pitch a tent and go camping.... as this did not resemble any hotel I had ever been in before. I then walked into the bathroom to see if there was an exhaust fan, to remove the musty smell - and I slipped on the damp, humid laden ceramic tile; thankfully I was able to grab the counter to prevent a fall. I went to the desk to advise them of the damp floor and they responded with " you can turn on the a/c" and my response was " I did - but it takes a while to work" - I then handed them the large screw and asked them if the room had been vacuumed lately - and I heard an " oh.... and I advised that they may like to do a little dusting in there as well. I then asked where the coffee maker or kettle was, They Didn't Have Any? So my obvious question was " where can I get my morning coffee"... I was told " Not Here!".... WOW !.... I asked them "I can't seem to locate the comforter on the bed, would you happen to have one or a blanket ?"...... Dang! This old blanket got balled up and handed to me.... Similar to my old camping blankets. Then I said " Oh, Is there a problem with everything walking out the door here "?.... and I think i saw a nod... but can't be sure. Needless to say.... it was a very short visit.... and they were not the least bit surprised when I left.

  This hotel was in a perfect location not to far from downtown its right off of highway 20 there are a variety of stores and food places near by even in walking distance the prices are unbeatable and the employees are amazing

  Disgusted, nauseated, sick to my stomach. I feel sad for people who stay there. That place is beyond filthy, that's shameful. That shouldn't be call HOTEL by any mean. Nobody should be pay their hard-earned money to stay at a disgusted place like that. I was speechless of the condition of that place. I book a room through Hotwire from one of the hot deals. After I paid, Rodeway was the one assign to me. I am not from Dallas, so I didn't even event know Duncanville were almost an hour away. The minute I step-in in the lobby, I knew I made a mistake. I checked in, seeing the condition of the hallway, I put my glove on. It was clear that room was not clean-up. Trash on the floor and all. Transferred me to another room. Room smells weird and dirty. Again, I was transfer to a third room, same S. That day it was cold-(27degree Fahrenheit) outside. By then it was almost 1 AM, I couldn't check-in into another hotel. I just picked a room just as bad as the others. I lay a throw (my throw) in the bed sat all night till morning. No shower nothing, I couldn't bring myself to get in that tub or use those dirty towels. Stain in 2 of the towels, bathtub has soap scam allover, behind the toilet lid never been clean. I feel like as consumers we have to take this issue one step further, so laws can be past to the protect consumers. Landlords would not be able to rent an apartment filthy like a tenant, why should hotel have the right to do so. To my opinion that place does not even deserve to be call hotel. That is a disgrace to hotels. I wish I can render ZERO STAR TO THIS THING. I blame those online travel sites, in this case Hotwire for enable them to deceive people like that. All of the travel sites do it, they promote deception. I travel for work, I have seen a lot of disgusting so-called hotel. This is the email I received from Hotwire right after I booked ( "Awesome! You're staying at the Rodeway Inn Duncanville") DOES THAT SOUND LIKE OWESOME STAY TO YOU. H NO!!!

  Clean in the front nasty in the back! Staff really seemed like they hated their job. They didn't wanna give more towels and only sheets with stains on bed. During a pandemic should of been super clean but no it was gross smelling and looking. Was too late to cancel and find a new hotel. Gross with bad attitude. Check out ok
