  Car broken into. Disaster!

  Our car got broken into on our very first night there. One other car as well. After perusing the parking lot we saw broken car glass in nearly half the spots in the parking lot! The hotel is sandwiched between a discount liquor store and two gas stations; there is a business building across the street, otherwise it is all big highway. The hotel had security cameras on the parking lot but clearly they are there just for show. What a disaster to our trip. Find another place and save yourself a lot of money and stress!

  If you like the smell of death...it slaps!

  The entire building smelled like a dead body, marijuana, and chemicals like they were trying to hide the smell, but instead it just smelled like they were trying to hide the smell. It didn't work. The front desk employee didn't seem concerned at all. Items were missing from the room, which was fine, but I still had to inform the front desk so that I wouldn't be charged for those items. The handicapped ramp was iced over and no attempt to clear it (salt?) had been made. I also brought this to the front desk staff attention, again, not concerned. I have stayed at other locations and not had this type of experience, but it makes me not want to ever stay at a Comfort Inn, in the future. Would not recommend!   Nastiest hotel ever

  If I could give zero stars, I would. The room is horrible. There's painting peeling everywhere and it looks and smells filthy. I definitely don't see how this is listed as approved lodging for business travel. My shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Suck up the extra cost and stay elsewhere.   One and done!

  I'll start with the staff, very happy and courteous. They appeared to want to help and were friendly. The staff gets a 5 star review. Now for the rest of the story. The room was large and this was a plus as we entered. But! The bed was very worn-out and not comfortable, the room furniture should have been hauled to the dump a few years ago, the coffee maker didn't work and when I talked to the desk clerk, he recommended the convenience store next door, the sink aerator was mostly stopped up, the hot tub smelled like urine when turned on, the door to the room was falling off the hinges and the lock took multiple times before the will unlock and on 2 or 3 occasions I had to return to the front desk to get them reprogrammed. The furniture was worn-out and also should have been replaced several years ago. I was very cautious about sitting on the chair and only did after I placed towels over it due to the filth. There were only 2 very small pillows on the bed when we arrived, I contacted the front desk and they brought up 2 more the second afternoon. The elevator seemed like something in a NY subway and not in a Comfort Inn. Very dirty and every time I entered it, it was with great hope that I would not get stuck there for hours or days. It creeks, jumps and is very slow. If you are physically able, I highly suggest that you take the stairs! Over all this stay was the biggest waste of over $400.00 that I can remember. Definitely not planning a return trip! By far the dirtiest, poorest furniture and most uncomfortable Comfort Inn I have ever stayed at.

  Disgusting, dirty, and in severe disrepair

  Flying out of DAL and needed a place to crash before an early morning flight. The problems started immediately, the internet was down so we could not check in upon arrival. God bless the clerk, he was checking people in on his personal cell phone. This review should not take anything away from the clerk, he was great. Upon getting to the room the desk chair was torn and the lounge chair was absolutely filthy. If you must stay here the only redeeming quality is the very nice sheets and a moderately comfortable bed.I don’t expect much from a Comfort Inn but genuinely hope this one does not come with a free supply of bed bugs.
