  The worst Hotel in Dallas or anywhere!

  This is quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life! I paid extra for breakfast and there was no breakfast the first morning. After that the breakfast was lousy. The wifi is a little faster than dial-up. The first night was $69 and each additional night was $144 because there was a big game in town so they were price gouging! I've noticed many of these properties are owned by Middle Eastern Indian people and they care nothing for customer service. The first night we were there there was a man who flagged us down in the parking lot and asked if we had any drugs to sell him. We said absolutely not! We don't have any nor do we sell them. The first room we were given reeked like cigarette smoke. The second one was dirty, the walls were scratched up and really needed to be updated. There was pubic hair on the bed and there was an old vomit stain on the corner of the box spring. I'm never going anywhere near comfort inn or any choice hotel's property again!   Really troubling experience

  I normally only leave positive reviews, but I really feel like this information should be shared. My recent stay in June 2021 was to attend a convention at the Westin that was all booked up. I am a Diamond Points Member with Choice Hotels.. I stay at many of their properties. This one should not be a Choice Hotel. The facitily itself needed a thorough cleaning, it was really not clean. The most shocking thing though, was what was allowed to take place on the property. I am not exaggerating when I say there were homeless individuals sleeping in the trash area in the back and prostitutes serving clients in the doorways. I saw this activity myself. Horrific. No security. People loitering all hours down stairs and in the parking lot. Not safe. Unbelievable. Shocking.   I didn’t check the reviews before booking & wish I would have. This is NOT a comfort inn level hotel at all. Before coming I called to request a room on 1st floor was told I could. Check in is at 3 we arrived at 430 to be told to come back because the rooms on 1st floor weren’t ready. Had to drop something to a friend on 3 & that entire floor smelled like a meth lab! The hotel is non refundable & I can now see why. Pros - the room is semi clean & the bed is ok. Cons - everything else... the hotel smells of butts, fish & urine when you enter, there’s no breakfast as advertised, the toilet was broken & no maintenance on site, the fridge ran constantly, there was a shootout at 3am right outside the hotel, the closet door didn’t open, the shower mat was dusty & covered in someone else’s hair & the hot water lasted 3 minutes during the shower... spend an extra $10 and go somewhere else.. anywhere else! The hotel didn’t want to discount the night despite all these issues but wanted to move us (after completely sanitizing the 1st room) to the top floor that reeked of meth! Don’t stay here!   Hotel management is a joke. Do not stay here me and a group of other adjusters stayed here with 10 rooms every other room did not have hot water. Climbing roofs makes us smell horrible, we are not pick nor need a lot just a bed and a place to shower. We have requested info or something kind of explaination and did not hear anything back.   Unbreathable air (and I come from Mexico City!)

  This was a terrible experience. I have been in many hotels in the world cheaper than this one and did not suffer like this.First, the shuttle was not able to pick me up in the airport for more than half an hour. When I arrived very late at night around 4am (our flight was cancelled), I tried to sleep but the air was extremely moldy. I had to use a toilet paper in my face for breathing better.When I woke up to go to the bathroom and put my foot on the carpet it was completely wet.
