  This is the first hotel I've ever been to that activated my fight-or-flight. I'm not leaving this review to be rude but to genuinely warn others to please stay away from here for your own safety. Couldn't make it 2 hours in this place before leaving and hadn't even checked in yet. Absolutely nothing works (elevator, refrigerator, drink machines, etc). The "business center" is a broken computer on a small desk 10 feet from the front check-in area. I have a hunch they don't even refill the drink machines since it's essentially a homeless shelter and whatever is put in the machines will be gone quickly. I sat down to do some work in the cafe upon arrival only to find people who were obviously high on drugs coming straight inside and eating without having a room there. The environment feels very hostile and low-trust. Front desk lady was a hard woman to find most of the time and understandably so; a considerable amount of her time seemed to be spent arguing with homeless people who came in and harassed her for bowls of cereal. Coincidentally, during all of this, the electric happened to go out and the fire alarm started ringing shortly after. One thing I will say is that I'm thankful the lady at the desk did let me cancel my reservation because I would've easily and without hesitation flushed all the money I had down the drain just to get out of there. The briefest and scariest hotel stay I've ever experienced.

  They are absolutely rude. Online doesn’t match what they say in person. They don’t do late check out or early check in. Their deposit is not $50 its $100 and they don’t take cash. They barely answer the phone and of course everything out of order or can’t be used. The elevator for starters and they closed the pool for no reason. Barely anyone at the front desk the hall way seems to be collapsing in the stairwell. No breakfast is given but to spend money like i did was ridiculous. Also no freaking microwave in a king size room really?!? so ridiculous.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Myself, and 3 others checked in on sunday march 15 2026 and checked out March 18. We checked in and there was a super long line and no one at the desk for a while literally probably 10 families trying to check in. Automatically there was a sign that sign elevators were down and no breakfast. Seeing other reviews now that seems to be a on going issue. Even though it says complimentary breakfast we all know that is factored in to the room and how many people you have. When checking in the man says we put a $100 damage hold on your card which is paid separately from what I already paid online, not necessarily a issue for me but for some it can be. That should be told online when booking. We climb the stairs to the second floor with all our things and a 2 year old and boom your slapped in the face with the smell of Marijuana and that is literally every time you go in the hall. We unloaded went to visit my daughter and come back with milk and juice for the 2 year olds cup and the fridge does not work. I go back down stairs to see about it and he says im only one person someone in the morning will have to fix it. So for the nigbt we try to make due with filling up a bag of ice and replacing it often. Go to get ice the 2nd floor ice machine does not work. So here we go again down the stairs to level 1 with a 2 year old because if you leave the room he wants to also to get ice. Get back up stairs get the milk situated amd everyone goes to take showers WE HAVE 2 TOWELS for 4 people. Were not about to share the towels so back down stairs for towels. The man says come back in 10 minutes, go back in 10 he says come back in 30 im busy, go back and all he has is 1 towel. So 1 of us got to dry off with 2 hand towels, that was fun. Next day I remind them about the fridge before we leave for the day and that lady seemed put out by me bringing it up, like she didnt have time for that, come back the fridge is still NOT fixed. I go to the night time guy again, different guy today he says i dont know why they are not taking care of things in the day when maintenance is here im sorry I cant do anything. I say well we have to throw the milk away now because the ice wasnt working out. He was nice enough to offer us to put the milk in his fridge for the night but I went and bought a ice chest instead because we didnt want to have to go back and forth for milk and juice. Its now Tuesday day 3 and we still have no fridge. I heard someone in the hall say maintenance to the other room so I went out and talked to him, he said he was never told about the fridge. 5 minutes later he came with a different fridge, toilet paper, towels and trash bags because I had to ask him for those items also. So bottom line i had to figure out the fridge myself after having to buy more milk from the other spoiling. They never got our trash, brought more toilet paper, more towels nothing the 4 days we were there we had to take care of all of it ourselves. We had went and got snacks and microwave items for the kids because online it says there was a microwave in the room which there was not that either. Every time we walked through the front doors there were people sleeping in the lobby, and it was like pulling teeth to find a front desk person during the day. The only positive I can say is the room was spacious other than that everything was a bust. So if you like sharing towels or hunting them down yourself, no toilet paper, no breakfast, no elevators, no ice on your no elevator 2nd or 3rd floor, no fridge, no help, no trash taken out but by you, Marijuana smell, then this is your place. 100% dont recommend

  Terrible.The first room I got had a broken AC. They switched me to a new room which had a working AC, but in the switch around, I left a box with a gift in it in the first room. I went down to the desk when I noticed this and said I needed to get back in to that room to get that item, but they had ALREADY RENTED IT TO ANOTHER GUEST. The room with the KNOWN BROKEN AC was pawned off on another guest! They said that they would have the maid check for it when they cleaned. This was the overnight desk clerk. He APPEARED to write something down.When I was leaving in the morning for the day, I stopped at the front desk to remind about this. This was different desk agent, and he had NO IDEA what I was talking about. The first front desk guy had NOT PASSED THIS INFORMATION ON! I told the whole story to THIS desk agent, he called the room, but the guest was unintelligible, and the desk clerk could not find out about the box, or arrange to retrieve it.Mind you, during BOTH of my conversations with front desk personnel, I could be absolutely SURE that the item was still in the room, as this was still within hours of me being moved to the new room, and the guest that they had put in the room was still there.I had to leave to take care of my business for the day and told the desk agent I would be gone for the day, but would be back around 8pm and if the maid was able to retrieve the box (that is if the other patron had not taken it) then it should be left at the front desk for when I return.When I returned at 8pm, I asked after the box. THIS front desk agent ALSO had NO IDEA what I was talking about. SO, THE MESSAGE HAD NOT BEEN PASSED ON AGAIN!!!!!! I guess I just lose that box with the gift in it because NONE of the front desk staff of this hotel could be bothered to give a message to ANY co-worker.That's just the start, however, as, although the AC worked in the new room, there were other glaring issues- No hangers in the closet. No stopper in the tub. Mis-hung cloth-only shower curtain with no shower curtain liner that allowed water all over the bathroom floor. Bad smell. The elevator has (based on other reviews) been broken since AT LEAST JULY! Very narrow stairs with very stained carpet going up to the other floors. Terrible... seriously do not stay here, there are better options, don't choose ANYTHING in this area, as all of these hotels seem to be the places where prostitutes and strippers take their johns. Save yourself a headache. I am serious here; don't make the mistake I made.You will likely be upset that you spent your hard-earned money for this level of disregard
