    Literally the WORST Marriott property we have ever been to. The shuttle Suburban has ripped seats with exposed stuffing and no A/C in the rear seats, the surly desk clerk checked us into a lesser room than the one we paid for, both rooms smelled like mildew and in the correct room the door to the room did not lock, the shower leaked everywhere even though the door was closed completely and the towel bar was literally falling off the wall. We brought these things to the attention of the front desk and they said “Sorry” and shrugged their shoulders like what can you do?? The one bright spot was the delicious burger and the kind server who worked in the Bistro, otherwise an epic fail. We had a different property for our stay on our return trip home.

    Tiffany Carter manages the Bistro and does an excellent job. Great food, healthy options, for breakfast and dinner. The Bistro is well organized and spotless! I highly recommend this hotel as it is close to the Dallas airport. Clean rooms and recently remodeled.

    I LOVE this Hotel AND the staff! The newly renovated accommodations are well done, the location near DFW is GREAT and the staff is AWESOME! Particularly The Bistro staff – Tiffany Carter is very attentive to the needs of customers as well as ensuring quality in everything prepared, both with food and drinks. The Bistro menu is very good and has been put together with several healthy options for both breakfast and for dinner in the evening. Fermin, who also works in The Bistro, is also awesome! He is VERY Customer Service focused and ensures everything is taken care of for all customer’s needs. I look forward to staying at this property again very soon upon my next trips to the DFW metroplex.

    I came here for a business trip for a week and got bitten up at night on both legs. The rooms don’t seem to be clean. The housekeeping don’t come in unless you call for it

    I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Irving, TX in June 2024 and had a terrible experience that still hasn’t been resolved over a year later. I paid to park my car and used the airport shuttle. When I returned, I discovered my car had been side-swiped. I filled out an incident report and was told I’d get a call within 24 hours, but they lost my report and never followed up. Despite speaking with multiple managers and Marriott Corporate, I’ve only gotten empty promises and no resolution.To make matters worse, the hotel has no cameras in the parking lot. For guests paying to park, this is unacceptable and unsafe.As a Marriott status member, I expected much better. The management here is poor, customer service is terrible, and the lack of accountability is shocking. Avoid this location.
