    Hotel needs total Renovation

    First,let me say the front desk staff were all friendly, kind and helpful. Our room never got cool. It was acceptable, but turning the thermostat to 70 didn’t help. Another guest told us you had to adjust it somehow with the fan together it colder. Directions with the room thermostat stating that would be nice. The hallway was very cold. Our bathtub faucet ran the entire time we were there. It wasn’t just a drip. It had corroded the faucet. Management and maintenance must not have bothered to want to make sure it was in good working order. The shower water was cold. There was no hot water. That was unacceptable. The hotel needs to be renovated. IHG should be ashamed to have rooms in this condition.     Pick up the phone and stop leaving us on hold.

    I've stayed at this hotel in the past. I believe back in March and I've really enjoyed it, but the last two days have really left a sour taste in my mouth. Every time I've called all they'd done was put me on hold. Every time I've called it was a quick pick up then I'll just wait on hold. Not sure what happen to the customer service or if they outsources their incoming calls, but it's so hard to get an actual person. What happened?     All I have to say is Terri at the front desk had by for THE BEST customer service at a crowne plaza hotel in 15 years ive been staying. She had a friendly SPEEDY check in while engaging in meaningful conversations about the city and the hotel. She even watched my bags as I ran across the street to the bank.
