  Not the best.

  Our first night there we got there around 11 PM. We got a room and the blinds were broken so they swapped us out for another room, which is fine. We were told that room service would be coming around 11am left at 10 came back around 12am our room was never claimed so we went and confronted them because before we left, they assured us our room would be cleaned. They ended upnot cleaning the room and swapping us over to another room at 1 in the morning. We had to pack everything and move again our third final room had a mold all over the bathroom ceiling. The elevators were very scary. They felt like they were going to break every time we went up or down. They had a decent pool and hot tub and the breakfast was OK. It was supposed to be a vacation, but it felt very stressful with these hotel rooms if you have children, they will be able to escape the hotel room because the doors are not super secure from the inside. they also kicked us off the TV multiple times. I feel like the amount of money we spent on these rooms really wasn’t worth it considering we had to spend 170 a night. It wasoriginally 140 but since they had to swap our room out multiple times and they ended up charging us more. it was very quiet. You can hear people in their rooms if you’re in the hallway, but in the room, you couldn’t hear much. it was also very hard to swap rooms with a very fussy baby.

  Ricky the man’s is not a reasonable human being

  Full transparency - the beds were comfortable, the cooks/attendants were warm and friendly, the room was clean and accommodating for my 90 year old mother and I however the manager is horrible. According to Ricky, my puppy caused damage to the room during our stay. How did I find out that Ricky believes my puppy caused damage? Ricky deducted $150.00 from my account without asking. informing or sharing photos he claims he has. His justification for taking funds from my account without my permission is “I have photos.”My recommendation is to visit the hotel and stay away from Ricky. He does not treat guests like human beings.

  A Good Stay Along the Way

  We stopped at this hotel on our way to Broken Bow. The bed was comfy, the ac was cold, the room was clean, and breakfast was typical for a Hampton Inn. The lady attending breakfast was very helpful and friendly, as were the desk staff. We ended up in a room near the highway side so we could hear some highway noise, but that didn't keep us from sleeping well. Would stay here again.

  Windows in multiple vehicles smashed

  Don’t stay here unless you want your vehicle broken into. They have cameras but no one monitors them and they must not have any money to spend on a hired security person because 4 vehicles were broken into on the night I stayed there. The lady at the counter said this happens a lot. And such just to let you know nothing was visible in the vehicle to lure someone to break in.

  There was only *one elevator working*, while i was there. That made us have to wait, and wait and wait and wait. Not good. The lobby was not as clean as it could have been. Breakfast was O.K. Room was very clean and nice. Front desk staff was good, but having to wait and wait on the elevator, made this stay troublesome.
