    Front Desk Is The Worst I've Ever Experienced

    A simple lockout turned into one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve had.With a registered guest present and multiple forms of verification provided, the front desk refused to help, made an inappropriate “sex trafficking” comment, and escalated the situation to police after nearly an hour — while we were traveling with minors for a soccer tournament.Security policies are understandable. This was not about policy. It was about poor judgment and zero professionalism.Management should review this very carefully.     Quick Stay, Bad Locale.

    Starters, hard to get in and out of parking area. Not centrally located to other nearby businesses. People at front desk were always friendly and kind. Enjoyed the breakfast both days. Heater did not work for one night, no big deal. But the whole hallway did stink the two days.     WE WERE LOCKED OUT OF OUR ROOM WITH OUR LUGGAGE INSIDE !

    Arrived to Plano with my girlfriend yesterday 11/ 26/2025 and checked in around 9 pm . We put our luggage up with no problem. 2 and a half hours later .Around 11:30 pm we came back and our door to our room was locked . We tried the digital key and physical , none worked . Go back to clerk at front desk she tried to fix the situation but it didn’t work again . We tell her that it was a funny smell in the hallway and our room when we first came . She comes up and agrees then let’s us in the room right next to us . After saying originally they didn’t have anymore rooms left ?? With our original room still being locked she tells us a maintenance man might not come until the morning … This woman ask us were we about to sleep in this new room without us having access to our belongings how were we suppose to sleep !? After waiting 10Minutes we come down the stairs to ask for a maintenance man she gets smart with my girlfriend and calls her a bitch . Then calls the cops on her like she was the original aggressor . The cops made us leave the hotel with only me having access to get our belongings . The entire time she had a way to get inside the room with our luggage and it took the cops to come for her to use it . This has never happened to me at any hotel ever ! Ridiculous. Cops didn’t ask us any questions only the hotel clerk . We didn’t have any input in the situation just her word against nothing basically .     Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent value! The breakfast bar was stocked with my favorite items. Positive surprise... the keycard system worked perfectly my entire stay. I can't say that about all hotels.
