Keep driving. There are MUCH better hotels at a MUCH better price.

Considerably overpriced for what it is. EXTREMELY noisy because it sits above a major arterial road network, yet it has zero soundproofing.Pillows are useless, towels are tiny and offerings in general are scanty.

Wendy at the front desk is less than sub par.

Wendy at the front desk was less than par. When asked simple requests she had an attitude as if she was being bothered. When called out on it, she wanted pffft, and a smirk. When we told her we were world travelers she said…”me too.” Is she wanting to compete with customers ? Poor customer service, she never smiled, and had a bad attitude. Wendy, choose another career that is not people facing.

Work on your hospitality with guest please!

Hotel is beautiful and very clean, pool was quiet and well maintained. BUT THE Hospitality towards guests needs a lot of improvement! I work for Hilton and was very disappointed on the experience of check-out. I let the lady this morning know (8.20.24 about 9:00 AM) that I would like to pay cash for my stay… Her response “Now you tell me? It’s already on your card and will take 3-5 business days for it to go back to your account”. My response “okay”. Suggestion on how to approach ANY guest…. Instead of Now You Tell Me? Try this…. Yes ma’am I can take a cash payment but I already charged your account and it will take up to 5 days to get credited. Not only was I treated with attitude the guest before me also received attitude from this lady and I hope she writes a review as well. AND……. To the young lady with attitude this morning, if you do not like your occupation in hospitality then you should change your career.

Nice Hotel, but...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting son. The rooms are nice and clean and all the facilities also seem clean. Breakfast was sufficient, not bad, but not great. Nice that they offer free waters, which coming handy during the hot summers. My biggest disappointment was the employees at the front desk. We saw probably 5 or 6 different people working the front desk and not one of them ever greeted us, with a good morning, good evening or even a hi. The cleaning staff on the other hand was friendly and helpful. Will probably return due to the location and cleanliness, but I hope they better train their front desk employees.

Super Nice Hampton Inn!

Really nice Hampton Inn. Great area to walk your dogs. Nice staff, super clean rooms, clean hotel and pretty grounds. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but met the Hampton Standard. Selection seemed more limited than usual. Felt parking was well lit and plenty of spaces. Would definitely stay again if traveling through the area.
