    I stayed here five days for business and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is very accommodating and the hotel itself is well kept and the rooms quite nice. There is even a nice restaurant on sight. I was not able to use it because I was so busy with work but some of my coworkers were able to use it and they said they had good food. I was very happy with this hotel and will stay here again!

    Checked in. Tried to get my boarding pass, but couldn’t make it work. Manager, Chelsea came over and worked it all out for me. Pleasant, courteous and efficient, she made us feel comfortable and appreciated. It’s why I stay at IHG facilities Papa

    I had an overnight connection flight, arriving later and leaving early. Thankfully at baggage, the security guard was nice enough to let me use his phone to call the hotel. Most hotels now are requesting guests call from airports and with an ESIM with no voice, this was not possible. Plus, long gone are the days of readily available pay phones. If a DFW security agent reads this, my biggest thanks--was too tired to get his name but at least I had the wherewithal to thank him in person.On the call the front desk clerk gave me very clear instructions from how to get from the baggage claim area where I was, through the airport construction zone, the post to wait next to and the van to look out for. I was literally at the hotel in about 15 mins after that.Though I set my cell alarm I also asked for a wake-up call but that did not come; the agent forgot to do that at check-in. Thankfully, the cell was enough.I did not see any critters of any kind and that included under the mattress--I check thoroughly. The room was clean, I was handed two small bottles of water on check-in with a few snacks which I accepted gratefully, and the shuttle back to the airport arrived promptly the next morning.Nothing seemed dirty about the hotel and in fact I thought my room was pleasant, clean and modern. Especially when compared to the next hotel that I had to stay at two weeks later. That will be a different review--that hotel made this one feel like luxury. I would definitely stay here again.

    Stay Away - Awful management

    Stay away if you’re looking for a good night sleep with basic customer service. We got stuck here on a layover. They put us in the wrong room, there were cockroaches in the hallway and that wasn’t the bad part. There was a party in this cheap, thin walled little banquet room with loud bass music blasting throughout the hotel, literally rattling the walls until midnight! We asked someone at the counter when the party would end and the girl working, Chelese Smith was totally rude and dismissive and as I was speaking to her she just walked away and a few minutes later a manager came out. We asked if we could be switched to a room on a higher floor and the manager, Nick Fernandez, told us that we should go to a different hotel if we didn’t like it. He was rude, incompetent and seemed to be under the influence of something. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer anywhere, ever. Stay away.
